Here is a (Collective) I would trust with pretty much anything. I’m only sorry I live half the world away and will have to wait for them to come to me. -- John Hinton, Journalist, UK

I commend this (collective) for bringing it (4.48 Psychosis) to us, and hope they find an audience for the piece that enjoys it, and was as emotionally effected by it, as much as I was.-- Brian Morton, Fringe Reviewer

Iphigenia in Splott

by Gary Owen

Effie is the type you’d avoid as you pass her on the street. Yet she claims you are “in her debt,” as she takes you on a journey from nightly benders to an event that sparks a glimmer of hope towards a higher sense of self. This tour-de-force solo show is a disruptive demand for revolution from the voice of a community left behind by economic deprivation.

Written by Gary Owen, Iphigenia in Splott is a powerful story of love, hope and sacrifice with a strong underbelly reaction to Britain's recent austerity measures.

Caution Warning: This play contains strong language, some descriptions of violence, sexual content and themes of infant loss.
